On July 1, 2024
ay 1616hr, I was dispatched to [5200 BLOCK] Griffin Hills Court, in reference to a domestic disturbance.
Upon arrival, I made with [VICTIM ]. He stated he was with his girlfriend, [WITNESS ], when Keevin Carr and [WITNESS ] came over in a blue Nissan Rogue. He stated Carr was driving and pulled into the driveway yelling and cursing out the window that he was going to beat him up. He stated he told Carr to get off his property and they began trying to punch each other through the driver’s door. He stated Carr backed into the street as they were cursing each other and trying to punch one another. He stated he was standing away from the car as Carr accelerated to leave. He stated Carr swerved towards him almost striking him with the car, placing him in immediate danger of great bodily harm. He stated he put his hand down as to brace and managed to push his body away from the car, to keep from being struck.
[WITNESS ] stated she was inside when Carr arrived and heard the yelling and cursing so she went outside. She stated she saw Carr swerve his vehicle at [VICTIM ]. She stated she felt as though he intentionally tried to strike [VICTIM ] with the car and felt that [VICTIM ]’s life was in danger.
[WITNESS ] stated she was riding passenger with Carr when they arrived. She stated Carr was mad and wanted to fight [VICTIM ]. She stated she tried to tell Carr not to go there while they were in route. She stated when they arrived Carr was trying to punch [VICTIM ] so she exited the car and went towards the . She wouldn’t saw whether she saw Carr swerve the vehicle at him, stating she didn’t want him to get in trouble. She was definitely a witness to the driving by Carr.
I ran Carr through NCIC which advised his license was suspended at that time. A warrant will be issued for such and based off the testimony given by all parties a warrant will be sought for aggravated assault.
