The offender is a family friend and has been around the family for a while. This date, the victim was dropped off at the house the offender stays at while working. The address for this residence is [400 BLOCK] Bellamy Road. The victim was dropped off at around 9:10am. While speaking with Compl. 1, The victim stated the offender had asked her to see her breasts and he would give her coins in exchange. The victim began to get visibly upset and cry while stating this to her parents.Cpl. Burns asked to speak with Compl. 1 alone to gather more information. Compl. 3 arrived on scene and spoke with Cpl. Burns. She stated she dropped the victim off and around 12:48pm she had verbal with the victim. The victim arrived at [REDACTED BY AGENCY] around 4:45pm.Cpl. Burns gathered the information needed for the initial incident report. Sgt. Alford from the criminal investigations division arrived on scene to conduct a further investigation. Both fathers of the victim were not on scene.The victim was able to produce the coins she was given this date from the offender.
