On above date and time I was dispatched to the above residence in reference to a domestic dispute. When I arrived I spoke with the complainant who stated that the offender is possibly on drugs and that she really needs to go get help. The complainant then stated that the offender had slapped the victim because she was upset about the vent in the bathroom being broken. The complainant then stated that he and that victim was going to go to the probate judge on the following Monday and get a 10-13 order on the offender but was worried that she may get irate about something minor and hurt one of them or her self.
I then went into the bedroom where the offender was at and tried to speak with her but she was not making sense. The only thing that she wanted to talk about was the vent in the bathroom and how it was being aggravating to put the cover back on it. I then told the offender that she was going to go with me to the jail and stay there over the weekend. She then walked out to my patrol vehicle and I transported her to the jail to hold her on disorderly conduct charges.
