On July 4th, 2024, at approximately 0910, myself, Officer Morang and Officer Castillo were dispatched 1523 W Walnut Ave, The McDonalds, in reference to a disturbance. Whitfield county dispatch said that a female was on scene, wearing a pink dress and was disturbing the customers and the employees at the McDonalds. They also said that she was throwing cups at customers. Over the last 24 hours, we have received several calls about this female disrupting businesses and causing disturbances.
On scene, we made contact with an employee at McDonalds. She said that the female ran across the street when they told her that they were calling the police. We went across the street and made contact with her at the BP gas station. She was identified as Chelsea Otto. I made contact with the caller by phone. She said that Chelsea had been in the parking lot, bothering customers in the drive through. She said that they got backed up because of this. She said that Chelsea came inside and continued to bother both customers and employees. She said that Chelsea became irate and began throwing cups around the restaurant and at customers.
Me and Officer Castillo placed Chelsea under arrest for disorderly conduct. She was placed into handcuffs. Chelsea was secured in Officer Morang’s car and he and Officer Castillo transported her to the Whitfield County Jail. Officer Castillo will have a supplemental for further information.
