On August 30, 2024
, at about 0843 hours, I was dispatched to a report of a protection order violation at [700 BLOCK] E 33rd St.
On arrival, I made with the reporting person, [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] told me he has an active and served protection order against his child’s mother, Kissie PINKSTON. He said this morning he had observed PINKSTON driving by his house in her black Chevrolet Colorado bearing a South Carolina registration. He said she did not stop but had driven past his residence twice. He said he was in fear for his life but did not specify why. He only indicated she was not right in the head. He said the order was out of South Carolina and was served to PINKSTON sometime in October 2023, when they were at court together. I asked if he had any video of PINKSTON driving by his house. He said he did not but knew it was her vehicle as the last three digits of her registration were [REDACTED]. I told him that if she came back again to get the incident on video and to law enforcement. I also told him if she tried to him or was on the property to law enforcement as well. I provided [REDACTED] with a case report number card.
I ed local traffic cameras for the Chevrolet Colorado using the description given by [REDACTED]. I found the vehicle was seen in the area of Waters Ave and E 34th St at 0844 hours and 0904 hours, putting it close to [REDACTED]S residence. Without any further evidence, the vehicle had actually traveled by the residence. I can not continue this investigation.
