Discretion is advised.]On March 7th, 2025I officer, Kameron Bell and PFC Colvin were dispatched to 320 W 3rd St at the Courtyard Marriott in response to a person being disorderly. Upon arrival, officer Palmer relayed that he was on the fourth floor of the Marriott where he was with Wesley Campbell.On the fourth floor I observed Mr Campbell in an intoxicated state with his shirt ripped almost completely off him body. Mr Campbell’s speech was slurred and eyes were blood shot he was boisterous and repeatedly would not comply with commands given to him by officer Palmer and I. [WITNESS ] a Marriott employee, stated that Mr Campbell had been disturbing the peace of other people on the floor by banging on their doors and and being loud. Mr Campbell was said to have been kicking the door of the elevator leaving shoe marks, I observed shoe marks on the inside of the elevator. Ms [WITNESS ] stated that Mr Campbell needed to leave and could no longer remain on the premises.I placed Wesley Campbell under arrest, ed him incident to arrest, placed him in the back of the squad car before taking him to Floyd County Jail. Mr Campbell was booked in under city ordinances of Public Drunk and Disorderly Conduct.I ed the back of the vehicle before and after transport.[End of Narrative].
