I informed Mr. McFarlin he had to leave from in front of the business.Mr. McFarlin did not follow my verbal orders to leave from in front of the premises as he began to become disorderly by yelling and using curse words.I could smell a strong odor of alcohol coming from the person of Mr. McFarlin. He continued to ignore my verbal orders to leave, so he was placed under arrest.Mr. John McFarlin was charged with disorderly conduct (O.C.G.A 16-11-39) for his continued yelling and cursing which caused a scene outside of the store. He was also charged with public drunkness (O.C.G.A 16-11-41) as it was evident he was intoxicated while acting in a disorderly manner.He was ed incident to arrest then placed in the back of my marked patrol vehicle.Mr. McFarlin was transported to the Chatham County Jail and booked in without incident.
