The complainant stated that the offender, who is her ex husband, have been divorced since May. She stated that she wished to report sexual abuse to her children while her and the offender were together. The complainant stated that she did not make the report at the time of the incident due to being in fear of retaliation from the offender.The first incident was with victim [VICTIM ], who is the complainant’s oldest daughter. She stated that sometime around the summer of 2017 an incident took place. She stated that [VICTIM ] was asleep on the top bunk of a set of bunk beds. She stated that the offender was intoxicated and walked into the room and over to where [VICTIM ] was sleeping. She stated that the offender put his hands inside of [VICTIM ]’s underwear and fondled her. The offender then put his hand in his own mouth. This incident happened at the offender’s residence at the time located at [400 BLOCK] Wood Yates Rd.The second incident was with victim [VICTIM ], who is the complainant’s younger daughter. She stated that sometime between 2020-2021, she had left [VICTIM ] alone with the offender. She stated that the offender told [VICTIM ] to take several melatonin tablets. She stated that [VICTIM ] stated that she woke up in the offenders lap and his hands were down inside of her underwear fondling her. This incident took place at the complainant’s current address.The complainant stated that the offender was never sexually abusive with her but abusive in other ways. The complainant was provided a case number and information to the family crisis center to attempt to get a TPO.[End of Narrative][NARRATIVE on February 21, 2025]On February 21, 2025at approximately 1600 hours Detectives were relayed information from Probation Mr. Mozingo’s address was [SINGLE DIGIT BLOCK] Alpine Dr. Chickamauga, Georgia. Units responded to the address and attempted warrant service at the residence. was made at the front door with the owner and she advised Mr. Mozingo was in his bedroom at the last door on the right of the hallway. Units located Mr. Mozingo in his bedroom and he was placed under arrest for the outstanding warrants. Mr. Mozingo was handcuffed behind the back and ed for weapons and contraband with none found. He was transported in Lt. Pitts’ unmarked vehicle with no incident and turned over to jail staff. Detective Moody read Mr. Mozingo his warrants and removed them from Zuercher.This case is cleared by arrest.[End of Narrative].
