Deputies had already been out to that address earlier that evening. Ms Harris was instructed by Cpl Williams not to return to her mom’s house until she had sobered up. Cpl Williams instructed Ms Harris to stay in her residence for the rest of the evening, and that if she went back over to her mom’s still drunk that she would be going to jail. Cpl Williams was dispatched back out to that residence with Ms Harris still drunk and arguing with family.
