VICTIM was standing in the front yard next to a tree at the above-listed location. D. Wittman intentionally accelerated toward [VICTIM ] with her vehicle. The vehicle struck [VICTIM ]’s left foot and left arm, while also colliding with the tree that she was standing next to. D. Wittman backed up and attempted to strike [VICTIM ] with the vehicle again. I announced for D. Wittman to stop while I aimed my issued Sig Sauer P320 (SN:58J104523) at D. Wittman’s vehicle. D. Wittman complied and got out of her vehicle. D. Wittman was placed into custody. As she was being secured in my patrol car, D. Wittman stated that she would have tried to kill [VICTIM ] if I had not intervened.[VICTIM ] had visible injuries to her left foot and her left arm. Pictures were taken and uploaded to evidence.com. [VICTIM ] presented me with a temporary protection order against D. Wittman, that was dated Jan. 16, 2025, and signed by Judge John Flythe. The warrant was confirmed by [REDACTED] in Records, and D. Wittman stated that she had been served. [VICTIM ] was seen by Central EMS and decided to go to the hospital via her own transportation.
