Discretion is advised.][NARRATIVE #1 on September 15, 2024]On September 15, 2024 at approximately 0103 hours Deputy Cobb was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Old Cottonwood Mill Road in reference to an Assault.Upon arrival Deputy Cobb made contact with [VICTIM #1]. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised Deputy Cobb that her and her boyfriend, Jeremy Spurling were having a bonfire at their residence located at [4000 BLOCK] Keith Valley Road NE. Ms. [VICTIM #1] stated that her and Mr. Spurling were drinking and got a little tipsy. She then stated she went through Mr. Spurling’s phone and found evidence of him cheating on her. She stated she picked up Juvenile # 1 and walked into the residence. She then advised that she helped Mr. Spurling to the bathroom due to him being intoxicated. She then stated they entered the bedroom and Mr. Spurling started to punch her in the face. She stated she sat Juvenile # 1 down on the bed and Mr. Spurling began to choke her. Ms. [VICTIM #1] advised Deputy Cobb that she could not breathe.Deputy Cobb observed Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s lip to be busted, the entire right side of her face to be swollen, her right eye to be blackened, and blood on the right side of her face. Deputy Cobb also observed red marks on Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s neck. Deputy Cobb photographed all of Ms. [VICTIM #1]’s injuries. Ms. [VICTIM #1] was barely able to talk to Deputy Cobb due to the extent of her injuries.Ms. [VICTIM #1] was transported to Hamilton Medical Center by Emergency Medical Services.Deputy Cobb and Deputy Sharp then went en route to [4000 BLOCK] Keith Valley Road to make contact with Mr. Spurling. [NARRATIVE #1 on September 15, 2024]
On September 15, 2024 at approximately 0103 hours Deputy Cobb was dispatched to [300 BLOCK] Old Cottonwood Mill Road in reference to an Assault.
