Discretion is advised.]On Monday January 20, 2025at approximately 1535hrs, I Deputy Jonathan Maney was dispatched to [1400 BLOCK] Stone Pile Rd Clarkesville GA, 30523 to a property damage call. Dispatch advised that a Grey/Silver older model truck pulling a trailer had ran off the road and took out part of there wooden fence and then sped off. The caller advised that she was in her room and heard a loud noise. I responded in a code 1 (no emergency equipment activated) status.Upon my arrival I met with the caller identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. When speaking with her she advised that a witness identified as [REDACTED BY AGENCY] had stopped to come wait for our arrival to help with the report. When speaking with [REDACTED BY AGENCY] he stated that he was traveling North when the truck traveling South had run him off the road and over corrected, [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that he saw the trailer sideways knocking the fence down. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that the truck was a flat green possibly two toned mid nineties dodge ram pick-up. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated the driver was an older male with glasses pulling what looked to be a lawn care trailer. [REDACTED BY AGENCY] stated that he couldn’t make out if the trailer had anything on it.Pictures were taken of the damage and will be attached to the report.
