Tenesha Jackson responded on normal mode to [400 BLOCK] S Van Buren St, in reference to a Disorderly Conduct.Upon arrival, I made with a black female identified as [WITNESS ] at the front door. [WITNESS ] stated she was at her house with her friend identified as Tammy Jones. [WITNESS ] stated her cousin identified as [VICTIM ] came over uninvited. [WITNESS ] stated that [VICTIM ] said that she wanted to talk to Tammy but she didn’t know if she wanted to say it in front of her. [WITNESS ] stated she told [VICTIM ] to say what she had to say. [WITNESS ] stated [VICTIM ] started telling Tammy that she needed to keep her name out of her mouth. [WITNESS ] stated [VICTIM ] and Tammy began arguing. [WITNESS ] stated she told Tammy and [VICTIM ] to step outside. [WITNESS ] stated Tammy started saying what’s up I got something for you while she was reaching into her pocket but she never pulled anything out. [WITNESS ] stated Tammy pushed [VICTIM ]’s head and they began fighting. [WITNESS ] stated Tammy pulled a knife and stabbed [VICTIM ]. [WITNESS ] stated after Tammy stabbed [VICTIM ] she dropped the knife and she told her son to take it into the house. [WITNESS ] stated [VICTIM ] and Tammy left the scene. [WITNESS ] stated she did not participate in the fight. [WITNESS ] called [VICTIM ] and advised her to return to the scene.I made with [VICTIM ] in the front yard. [VICTIM ] stated she went over to [WITNESS ]’s house to tell her about Tammy. [VICTIM ] stated she did not know Tammy was over there. [VICTIM ] stated she told Tammy to keep her name out of her mouth and they began to argue. [VICTIM ] stated she told Tammy to step outside then Tammy Jumped at her and they began fighting. [VICTIM ] stated she did not know Tammy had a knife. [VICTIM ] stated she did not know she had been stabbed until the knife was on the ground and Tammy stated “You know you’re bleeding you’re stabbed.” [VICTIM ] stated she left the scene and went to her cousin’s house. [VICTIM ] had a stab wound on her Right hand and thigh.I made with Tammy via phone [REDACTED]. Tammy stated that [VICTIM ] made threats against her before the incident. Tammy stated she was at [WITNESS ]’s house when [VICTIM ] pulled up. Tammy stated that [VICTIM ] came into the house and closed the door as she was getting ready to walk out. Tammy stated she did not feel comfortable so she opened the door back up. Tammy stated she and [VICTIM ] stepped outside and [WITNESS ] went into her room. Tammy stated that [VICTIM ] started asking her why she told her man everything about her. Tammy stated they started to argue. Tammy stated that [VICTIM ] swung first and they began to fight. Tammy stated she did have a knife and she began stabbing her with the knife after she slung her down to the ground. Tammy stated she used the knife for self-defense. Tammy stated she was intoxicated during this incident. Tammy stated she was currently in Bethel apartments ([500 BLOCK] Swift St).I attempted to make with Tammy at [500 BLOCK] Swift St Apt [REDACTED] but negative was made due to the apartment being vacant. Sgt. Diaz was advised.Pictures were taken of [VICTIM ]’s injuries and will be printed out. I collected the Knife used in this incident.
