On Wednesday April 26, 2023 at 0406 hours I, Deputy Irwin, was dispatched to the Macon Transitional Center at 200 Henry Street in reference to an escaped inmate.
Upon arrival, I made with Sgt. Pitts who stated she had two inmates that left at 0154 hours. I asked how they got out and she said through the window and the cameras on yard showed them leaving. I asked what they were wearing and Sgt. Pitts said civilian clothing but unable to tell what color because the cameras are in black and white. She gave both the inmates information and I gave her a case number for the incident.
Lt. Williams was notified of the incident. A BOLO was given.
Kenneth David Hamilton DOB: [REDACTED BY AGENCY] W/M 5’11” in height 150 pounds brown hair hazel eyes. Has “Kenny” tattooed on right forearm.
Jacob Alan Long DOB: [REDACTED BY AGENCY] W/M 6’0″ in height 166 pounds black hair brown eyes. Has tattoos on right and left arms (types not noted)
