Walker 329) responded to [1400 BLOCK] Forest Hill Road (Forest Village Apartments) Apartment [REDACTED] in reference to a demented person.Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant identified as [VICTIM ]. [VICTIM ] stated that the suspect identified as Justice Evans walked up to his car and pulled a knife on him and put it to his neck while threatening to kill him for calling the police on him due to an incident between them earlier that morning. [VICTIM ] then lunged at Evans to defend himself then Evans walked off while cursing at him. [VICTIM ] then stated that he never touched Evans or said anything wrong to him but Evans has been harassing him for at least three months for no reason.Myself (Sergeant T. Gray) and (Deputy D. Baltimore) approached Evans apartment attempting to make with him when an unknown black female came to the door. I asked her where Evans was and she stated that he was in the house. I told the female to tell Evans to come to the door. Evans then came to the door saying why is his door open and why are we there we need to leave. I told Evans that we were there because he put a knife to [VICTIM ]’s neck and he was under arrest. Evans started getting aggressive and a brief scuffle ensued while trying to place him under arrest.After the scuffle Evans was then placed under arrest, the handcuffs were checked for fit, double locked before placing him inside the backseat of my marked patrol car. I provided my beginning mileage to dispatch and transported Evans without incident to the Bibb County LEC where he was turned over to the jail staff for booking.Warrants to be taken.[End of Narrative].
