On August 6th, 2024
, at 1407 hours. I Ofc. Brister, while in route to [200 BLOCK] E 37th St in reference to a criminal trespass complaint, I witnessed a black male sitting at the bus stop on the corner of Abercorn St and E. 35th St with his pants down to his mid-thigh.
I stopped this individual, who was identified as Mr. Michael Hudson, and as I was confronting him about exposing his private parts, another male, Mr. [WITNESS ], told me that Mr. Hudson was the person trespassing at [200 BLOCK] E 37th St. Upon further inspection there were human feces on and around the bus stop sitting around, as well as a strong odor coming from Mr. Hudson.
Mr. [WITNESS ] stated he attempted to enter his grandmother’s apartment, Ms. [REDACTED], and was told to leave numerous times. Mr. Hudson is banned from this property. For the initial banned form, refer to CRN 240206044.
Mr. Hudson had the smell of an alcoholic beverage coming off his breath, watery eyes, and was talking in circles. He had around 12 empty cans of Miller High tall boys in his possession, which were discarded in the trash at the scene.
When Mr. Hudson ran through GCIC/NCIC, he returned with a warrant out of Chatham County. Warrant Number ASTCR2000522. Mr. Hudson was placed in a double-locked handcuff and was placed in the back of my patrol vehicle.
Mr. Hudson was charged with criminal trespass (O.C.G.A 16-7-21) due to being on the property of [200 BLOCK] E 37th St, knowing that he was banned and was told to leave several times and did not. Public Drunkness (O.C.G.A 16-11-41) for using vulgar and profane language throughout my encounter with him, as well as public indecency (O.C.G.A 16-6-8) due to him having his pants down around his mid-thigh area and both hands near his private area.
Based on these charges, Mr. Hudson was transported to the Chatham County Detention Center.
