Discretion is advised.]On Monday, October 7, 2024, at approximately 2221 hours I, Deputy Raines responded to 3652 Eisenhower Pkwy(Apple Bee’s) in reference to a disorderly person.Upon my arrival the manger ([WITNESS ]) was outside stating that the male subject (Alexander Cobb) had been in the the restaurant earlier asking for water. They gave him some and asked him to leave. He left but came back at a later time. She stated once they asked him to leave the second time he then became irate yelling at the workers and customers. I could hear Mr. Cobb yelling at customers through the door.I walked inside the restaurant and asked Mr. Cobb to come outside and talk to me while trying to guide him out the restaurant to get him away from the customers. He then turned around facing away from me and put his hand outward like he was flying, while stating read me my rights. I then replied we can go outside talk while holding my taser X7 (X40016RHV) and his shirt. I then tried to guide him outside again stating lets talk outside. He turned around stating “get your hand off me ni*ga”. He then turned around and grabbed my right arm. I then deployed my taser X7 (X40016RHV) striking him one time in the stomach area. He then pulled the probes out while falling to the floor. He then stood back up. I then tried to gain control of the suspect which he kept resisting. I then tased him again in the stomach area causing him to lean backwards over a small stair case wall. He still kept resisting until I drive stun him and I then guided him over the stair wall landing on to the floor. I then gave him verbal commands to put his hand behind his back.I then detained him and helped him to his feet. I then escorted him out the restaurant to my patrol vehicle. I called EMS and my supervisor to come scene. EMS checked the suspect out and he refused to go to the hospital to be screened. I then transported him to Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. I gave the victim a case card with case number. The taser cartridges (X4824KFM8), (X483M6WEH) will be placed in the crime lab.[End of Narrative].
