Discretion is advised.]On 01/06/2025, at 1206 hours, I, Deputy Tahaj Smith, responded to 2625 Deans Bridge Rd (Heights Finance) in reference to Trouble With Subject.Upon arrival, I spoke with VICTIM , who stated she was working inside the business when she noticed Kirk Knight (Arrestee) standing outside the business window. [VICTIM ] stated she witness Knight expose his pnis and urinate near the front window of the building. [VICTIM ] stated she called the police immediately and instructed Knight to leave the property. [VICTIM ] stated she did not have camera footage of the incident at the time of the call. I spoke with Knight, who admitted to exposing his pnis and urinating by the front window of the business. When asked why he decided to do that, he stated, “I’m less. Does that help me?” I detained Knight and entered his name into GCIC, which advised of a warrant for Knight’s arrest.I spoke with [REDACTED] in records, who confirmed the warrant for Knight’s arrest. I transported Knight to 1941 Phinizy Rd (Charles B Webster Detention Center) on his active warrant and applied for the warrant for Public Indecency.[End of Narrative].
