Discretion is advised.]On 12/27/2024at 1501 hours, I was dispatched to a suspicious person call at 203 W Oglethorpe Hwy (McDonald’s).Upon arrival, officer Gill (196) had Mr. Corey Johnson in custody in the back of his patrol car. Officer Gill witnessed Mr. Johnson dancing around the parking lot completely naked, fully in view of the occupants of vehicles in the drive-thru of McDonald’s. There were a large number of vehicles and citizens in the drive-thru at that time. Mr Johnson was dancing and approaching different vehicles when officer Gill made with him. After he had been detained in the backseat of a patrol car, officer Gill attempted to speak to Mr. Johnson, but he replied only that he is an alien and that the sun is burning his skin.Officer Gill transported Mr. Johnson to Liberty Regional Hospital, and I followed in my patrol car. Upon arrival at Liberty Regional Hospital, officer Gill and I walked Mr. Johnson into the hospital. We waited until the doctor signed a form 1013 for involuntary treatment on Mr. Johnson. We then cleared from the hospital and released Mr Johnson to the hospital for treatment.Prior to the completion of this report, ofc Riner and ofc Gill were dispatched back to the hospital for a disturbance. Involving Mr Johnson. He was arguing with the nurses and refusing to comply with their instructions. The form 1013 was rescinded by the emergency room doctor who had signed it, and Mr Johnson was arrested and charged with public indecency. He was also charged with misdemeanor obstruction of a law enforcement officer. I cleared the scene without incident.[End of Narrative].
