Villagomez SO 07, was dispatched to the area of Lyerly Dam road in regards to a male subject messing with an abandoned motor bike in the ditch.Upon arrival I witnessed a white male with the motorcycle shaking his head in a “no” motion at me. I got out with the male subject and asked him if this was his bike and he stated “no” and that he was trying to work on it. I then Frisked the subject for any weapons and asked him for his name and date of birth in which he started to get confused with his date of birth and told me his name was ” James”. The subject then admitted his real name of John Trammel and that he has a warrant for Child support. I then took this subject into custody in which he began to yell profanities at me stating ” Fuk you btch!” and began to strike his head against the plexiglass of my patrol unit multiple times after being asked to stop fearing he would break the glass.The subject was transported to the jail and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Willful Obstruction of law enforcement for trying to lie to me about his name and striking my patrol unit after being asked to stop along with his Child Support warrant.[End of Narrative].
