Discretion is advised.]On December 25th, 2024, I DS Wallace was dispatched to 1363 S Hwy 29, Waffle House, in reference to a dispute. The caller advised that the parties involved were exiting the location and provided a direction of travel. The individuals were leaving in a Kia, bearing tag [REDACTED].While in route to the waffle house, I located the vehicle traveling east on Hwy 16 and initiated a traffic stop. There were 4 individuals in the vehicle, and I asked where they were leaving from. They stated waffle house. I asked all individuals in the vehicle for their driver’s licenses, and then asked if they would be willing to go back out to the waffle house. They stated yes, and I followed them back to the original location.When I arrived at the waffle house, I met with the original caller, [WITNESS ]. She stated that she was the store manager on shift, and began to explain the situation. She stated that two of the four individuals in the vehicle were the one’s that were causing the problem. These individuals were later identified as Kassidy Reddoch and Mason Reddoch. She stated that there was a waffle house worker that had just gotten off shift and was about to leave in the parking lot. When the Kia pulled into the parking lot, Kassidy saw this individual and had prior knowledge of who she was. The worker then exited the parking lot, and the individuals in the Kia walked into the waffle house.When Kassidy walked in, she began talking to the rest of her group about this worker very loudly to where other patrons at the restaurant, as well as staff, could hear her. She was referring to this female that was no longer at the location as a “whre” and a “bich.” One of the waffle house workers, [WITNESS ], told the group that “this is a family establishment, and you are disrupting other patrons in the restaurant.”Kassidy was upset and felt that she was doing nothing wrong, as she was speaking with her friends and not to anyone else in the restaurant. Kassidy and her brother Mason began to argue with some of the line cooks, and derogatory remarks were made. Both Kassidy and Mason were threatening to fight the workers, and they were screaming across the entire restaurant. I asked the manager if I could watch the camera footage. While watching, I observed Kassidy and Mason yelling loud enough to disrupt every person inside of the waffle house. They continued to yell and scream at workers, until another person in their group told them they were leaving. Mason paid the waffle house bill, and all four individuals exited.While speaking with Mason and Kassidy, I observed bloodshot glossy eyes, slurred speech, as well as excessive speech and the odor of an alcoholic beverage. I asked both of them if they had consumed any alcohol tonight, and they stated yes.After speaking to all individuals involved, there was probable cause to arrest both Mason and Kassidy for disorderly conduct. They are also being charged with minor in possession, due to both individuals being under the age of 21 but having alcohol in their system. [WITNESS ] and [WITNESS ] both filled out an official statement form. Mason and Kassidy were also criminally trespassed from 1363 S Hwy 29, per the manager.Both individuals were transported to the Coweta County Jail and turned over to jail staff without incident.[End of Narrative].
