On 09/19/24 I Sgt Endsley responded to 3010 Riggins Mill Rd in reference to a stabbing.
As Im pulling into the parking area I see a white female punching a black male, [VICTIM ]. I approached and notice the black male bleeding from the abdomen area. The white female, Evelena Heald was very combative and wouldn’t calm down. Heald was very intoxicated an I couldn’t understand what she was saying. I attempted to place female in handcuffs and she resisted. She continued to tussle with me so I took her down to the ground where I had to hold her arm so she wouldn’t hit me. After several attempts I was able to get the cuffs on with the help of a paramedic. Myself and Deputy Ash placed Ms. Heald inside the patrol vehicle and she kicked Deputy Ash several times. Deputy Ash was treated at the hospital.
Mr. [VICTIM ] was taking to the hospital and had surgery.
Heald was taken to Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. Investigator Shockley was notified. The three butcher knives were taken to crime lab.
