On Sunday September 15 2024
at approximately 0700 hours I Deputy Baltimore was dispatch to [3000 BLOCK] Bloomfield Dr (Sandy Springs Apartment) in reference to a Domestic Disturbance.
I made with Ms. Jordae Cole over Cell phone to get a location of which apartment she was at, when the fecal connected she immediately began telling me she needed help to get her items from a unknown person that was in a unknown vehicle, she stated she was at the bootleg kicking it with some people she does not know and then they put her out their place and left her near the Sandy Springs Apartment complex. I asked the location of where she was at she call she did not know she was not from here and she was walking down the street.
Once I arrived on scene she was very active moving around and rambling on how she want to get from over here, I can smell the heavy scent of alcohol coming from her while she was talking. I listened to her issue and gave her options but advised that I cant go out my district to drive around and look for the person who has her items. She did not like my options which was to take her or to the bus station, she stated I aint ask you to take me to a bus station, she then called me a rude btch as ni*ha cause I did not listen to her and would not let her continue to talk. She then walked off cussed me out and I advised dispatch she was not cooperative and she did not want to deal with me any more.
She then called dispatch repeatedly on a recorded line stating she was badly beat up by her boyfriend, she was shot in the face and being disrespectful and yelling obscene/ profane/vulgar language to the 911 operator. When the operator asked her for her information it came back in NCIC that she had a warrant out of Houston County, when called to verify warrant and to meet with Ms. Cole for transport to county line Operator Gunn with Houston County Sheriff office he stated they did not have the man power to meet.
My self and another Deputy went back to the location where I met her and she had already walked off, another call came in on dispatch from her stating her boyfriend was trying to kill and and she ran to the Fire station at 3611 Mercer University Dr. When I approached her she immediately states she did no want me due to being rude and disrespectful, we asked her to get up and she became immediately irate and tried to pull away from us, she was assisted to the ground where she was detained and then transported to the Bibb County Lec without incident. A warrant will be issued for unlawful conduct during 911 call.
