Mrs. [VICTIM ] went on to state that Mr. Rammage struck her with an open palm and their grandson, [WITNESS ], witnessed the action. Mr. [WITNESS ] subdued Mr. Rammage to prevent him from further striking Mrs. [VICTIM ]. A juvenile was also present at the residence and was able to hear the actions take place.Mr. Rammage was placed under arrest and transported to the Twiggs County Jail for simple battery and cruelty to children 3rd degree.[End of Narrative].
