Taylor, was dispatched to [4400 BLOCK] Mikado Avenue in reference to a person cut.Upon my arrival I met with Mr. [VICTIM ] who advised that his boyfriend Mr. Joshua Boyd cut him in the face. Mr. [VICTIM ] stated that two began to argue in the bedroom about an air mattress. Mr. Boyd stated that busted the air mattress with a lighter and Mr. Boyd got upset. Mr. [VICTIM ] stated that left the room and got a knife. Mr. [VICTIM ] stated that he then tried to close the bedroom door to keep Mr. Boyd from coming in with the knife. Mr. [VICTIM ] stated that the two began pushing on opposite side of the door. Mr. [VICTIM ] stated that he felt a sharp object scratch him through the door. Mr. [VICTIM ] then advised that Mr. Boyd had used a pocket knife to stab through the door which in turn cut him on the left side of his face. Mr. Boyd was not on scene at the time.Mr. Joshua Boyd was later seen walking down Mikado Avenue and was detained by myself and Dep. Hutchings. Mr. Boyd was transported to the Bibb County L.E.C. without incident.[End of Narrative]. I, Cpl. Taylor, was dispatched to [4400 BLOCK] Mikado Avenue in reference to a person cut.
