Vehicle 2 was traveling West on Wilshire Blvd at the same location when it was struck in the rear by Vehicle 1.The damages to Vehicle 1 appeared to consist of dents and scratches to the front bumper with the grill popped out of place. The damages to Vehicle 2 appeared to consist of dents and scratches to the rear bumper with the sides popped out of place.The driver of Vehicle 1 arrived at Parkers located at 10525 Abercorn St after fleeing the scene. He further refused EMS while on the scene. The driver of Vehicle 2 complained of pain in the neck and was seen by EMS but refused transport.The driver of Vehicle 1 was arrested and cited for DUI Less Safe, DUI Per Se, Hit and Run and Duty of Driver to Report.The driver of Vehicle 1 was found to be at fault for the crash.Both drivers exchanged information on the Driver Exchange of Information Form.A CRN was requested and my BWC was active during the investigation.[End of Narrative].
