Discretion is advised.]On Friday November 22, 2024at 0827 hours I, Deputy Terry Parks responded to 1240 Ellis Street (GAP MINISTRIES) in reference to threats.Upon arrival I made with (arrestee) Phillip Brantley who stated he will chop off someones hand and head.was made with Brantley due to Brantley swinging a metal type christmas tree base and making threats. When was made with Brantley, he advised his cellular phone was stolen out the bathroom of the above address and whoever who ever took it will have their hands and head chopped off. Brantley was advised he could not make those types of remarks in front of Law Enforcement Officers and he replied, it is not a threat but a promise. Brantley also stated if he has to he will tell the judge the same thing.Brantley was advised a second time about threats in front of Law Enforcement Officers with Brantley continuing to make threats. Brantley was asked if he wants to go to jail due to his actions and he replied yes. Brantley was then arrested and placed in the back seat of a marked patrol vehicle.This was deputies second time at this location for Brantley in less then 30 minutes for threatning others on the property. While detaining Brantley all other individuals that were in the area were leaving the property due to unknown reasons.Brantley was transporteed from the above address to The Charles B. webster Detention Center under the listed charge in reference to making threats in front of deputies.Disorderly citation received[End of Narrative].
