Harris and 109 ,Deputy Womack responded to a physical domestic. Complainant Mrs. Phelicia Bishop stated her husband [REDACTED] had assaulted her . She was currently upstairs hiding and did not know where Mr. [REDACTED] was. Mrs. Bishop advised Mr. [REDACTED] had guns in the home.When we arrived on the scene I noticed Mr. [REDACTED] outside with an elderly female. Mrs. Bishop was coming out the door yelling at Mr. [REDACTED].I took Mrs. Bishop to the back porch to talk to her while Deputy Womack detained Mr. [REDACTED] for further investigation.Mrs. Bishop had two lacerations to the forehead . She appeared annoyed and agitated , not scared or afraid of Mr. [REDACTED]. She stated that Mr. [REDACTED] was mad that her nephew was living with them and he wanted the nephew to leave. The two argued and Mrs. Bishop retreated to the bedroom and attempted to shut the door . Mr. [REDACTED] blocked the door and a shoving match started. Mrs. Bishop pushed Mr. [REDACTED] and he pushed her causing her to fall and hit a dresser with her head.Mr. [REDACTED] stated he never touched Mrs. Bishop only argued with her. Mr. [REDACTED] had a scratch mark across his right cheek area, and scratch marks on his arm . He stated the dog had caused the scratches on his arm.EMS was dispatched to evaluate Mrs. Bishop’s head wound. EMS arrived and accessed Mrs. Bishop . She was asked if she wanted to be transported for further treatment but she declined.Mr. and Mrs. Bishop were both placed under arrest for Battery Family Violence and transported to LCDC for processing.While being Booked Mrs. Bishop stated, ” He never touched me , I did it all , I was just angry”,I talked further with Mrs. Bishop and she said ,”I’m just having a very bad day” .
