Once Gina stopped resisting, we helped her up to place her in the rear of my patrol unit. While attempting to place Gina back in my patrol unit, she began resisting again, trying to pull away and stop us from placing her in the back seat. Once in the backseat, Gina began kicking the door of the patrol unit very hard, so I assisted units in placing Gina in a hobble device to further secure her legs and handcuffs.Once secured, I transported Gina to the Effingham County Jail where she continued to kick the back door while yelling profane language.
