There were several distinct red marks visible on the left side of [REDACTED BY AGENCY] neck. She said she left for about an hour and when she came back Willie began arguing with her again and throwing her belongings outside the residence.I knocked on the door and spoke to Willie who stated that [REDACTED BY AGENCY] threw her phone at him and he tried to push her away and hold her down. I asked Willie to describe how he held her down and Willie put his hand around his own neck and demonstrated choking himself.I placed Willie in handcuffs checked for proper fit and double locked and transported him to the Gordon County Jail.[End of Narrative].
