On Monday July 29, 2024
, I was assigned to the Houston County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division. I was in uniform with my badge displayed. I was Dispatched to the Warner Robins Police Department located at 100 Watson Blvd Warner Robins, Ga, 31093, in reference to a walk in who wanted to report an assault which occurred on Highway 247.
I arrived on scene, and I ed the victim [VICTIM ]. [VICTIM ] told me the incident happened on Saturday July 27, 2024
, at approximately 2100 hours on the road in front of the Taco Shed located at 100A South Highway 247 Warner Robins, Ga, 31088. [VICTIM ] said she was in the passenger seat of J’quoi Georges’ 2017 Gray Volkswagen Jetta, when they left a birthday party in Warner Robins where J’quoi had been drinking and smoking. [VICTIM ] said she allowed him to drive because she did not want to fight with him.
She told me as they drove North on Highway 247, they were arguing about the windows being down, J’quoi started to grab on her, shoved her, and hit her. [VICTIM ] told me she kicked J’quoi then jumped into the backseat to get away from him. [VICTIM ] said J’quoi was swerving all over the road, she leaned into the front passenger seat to grab her cell phone and purse when J’quoi grabbed a handful of her hair and started to pull on it. [VICTIM ] said she then slapped J’quoi for pulling her hair and then J’quoi back handed [VICTIM ] with a closed fist hitting her on her nose. [VICTIM ] said J’quoi then drove to a road she did not know in Macon, where she ended up barefoot and ran away from him.
[VICTIM ] showed me the pictures she took of herself which showed her bloody nose, scratches, and a cut on her left foot which were time stamped at approximately 2140 hours the same night. [VICTIM ] provided me paperwork from when she went to the hospital which was time stamped at 0224 hours the next morning on July 28, 2024
. The paperwork said she has a closed fracture of her nasal bone and an abrasion on her left foot. I gave [VICTIM ] the case number for the report and my county email so she can email me the pictures she took of herself.
I attempted with J’quoi and ed him on phone number [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. I asked for his side of the incident which occurred between him and [VICTIM ]. J’quoi told me they left a birthday party in Warner Robins on July 27, 2024
, somewhere between 2100 and 2200 hours. J’quoi said they were arguing about the windows being down, when [VICTIM ] started to hit and kick him before she jumped into the backseat. J’quoi said [VICTIM ] continued to hit him from the backseat, so in self-defense her put his right arm back to keep from getting hit and hit one of [VICTIM ]’s piercings. He told me they drove back to his apartment located at [600 BLOCK] MLK Jr. Blvd, Apt [REDACTED] Macon, Ga, 31201. He said they watched fireworks when she walked away from him, he told me he followed her with his vehicle when another vehicle pulled up, asked if [VICTIM ] was ok, and when she said no, she got into the other vehicle. J’quoi said he did not know the other person or vehicle and that is all he knows. J’quoi and I then ended the phone call.
At the time of this report, I still have not received the pictures from [VICTIM ]. After hearing both sides of the incident, seeing the pictures and the medical paperwork, I have enough probable cause to seek warrants on J’quoi for Aggravated Battery. When I receive the pictures, I will add them to the report.
