He began yelling and cussing and she told him she would call the cops if he did not calm down. He then picked a shovel up and and started beating his car busted out the windows and headlights. Mr Elijah then ran off into the woods. Mr. Elijah came out of the woods and spoke with me. He was cleary intoxicated and smelled of an alcholic beverage.
