He began yelling and cussing and she told him she would call the cops if he did not calm down. He then picked a shovel up and and started beating his car busted out the windows and headlights. Mr Elijah then ran off into the woods. Mr. Elijah came out of the woods and spoke with me. He was cleary intoxicated and smelled of an alcholic beverage. He stated he knew he shouldnt had done that to the car.Mr Elijah was placed under arrest for Disorderly conduct and taken to the Brantley County jail without further incident.[End of Narrative].
