On Thursday November 14th, 2024
, Deputy W. J. GIORGIONE with the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office Uniform Patrol Division when he was made aware of a call for service at [1000 BLOCK] Knight Rd Ranger, Gordon County, Ga 30734. Gordon E-911 advised a subject at this location later identified as JEREMY YOUNG had called into 911 and advised he was a gang member and said he needed to go to jail. Sgt M. D. GALLMAN spoke with JEREMY via phone. Deputy GIORGIONE was also advised by Gordon E-911 that JEREMY stated he was about to “murder” someone and that law better get there quick. JEREMY told Gordon E-911 that he was a member of the “767 gangsters”.
Deputies arrived at [1000 BLOCK] Knight Rd at approximately 2135 hours. Deputies observed JEREMY and detained him in handcuff’s. Deputy GIORGIONE noticed a strong odor of alcohol coming from JEREMY. JEREMY stated he was going through alot in life and needed to go to jail for the night too seperate himself from everyone. JEREMY stated he stays with his grandmother at this address too help take care of her. Deputies made with JEREMY’s grandmother ([WITNESS ]). [WITNESS ] stated she was okay. [WITNESS ] stated JEREMY was drinking but only thought he had one. [WITNESS ] stated that JEREMY did not threaten or harm her in any way.
At this time, JEREMY was placed under arrest. Deputy GIORGIONE transported JEREMY to the Gordon County Jail without incident. Deputy GIORGIONE obtained state warrants for JEREMY for Unlawful Conduct during 911 call.
