Discretion is advised.]On October 4th, at 1720 hrs, I, Deputy Harper, was dispatched to 1 Academy Drive, Jeffersonville GA in reference a Person Refusing to leave. Twiggs County 911 stated that a Employee Beard who was fired was refusing to leave and causing a disturbance. Twiggs 911 gave a clothing description of the subject that he was wearing black boot and a green jacket.Upon arrival I exited my marked Patrol vehicle wearing a County Sheriff Uniform with my badge displayed and approached the front lobby. Deputy Marks arrived on scene to assist. As I approached the Front lobby, I observed a person matching the description of the subject that was refusing to leave.I gave the subject in the green jacket, later Identified as BEARD, QUESHELDRE DOB: [REDACTED] instructions to stop so I could talk to him.Mr. Beard refused to stop and continued to walk toward me shouting profanity. Despite multiple verbal commands to tell him to calm down and stop, the subject continued to escalate his behavior.Mr. Beard raised his hand and placed it in my face in an apparent attempt to push me away. I advised the subject he was being detained and reached to secure him. The subject immediately pulled away and fled on foot.I deployed 2 taser probes which struck Mr. Beard in the back.Mr. Beard Fell to the ground and was unable to move indicating neuromuscular muscular incapacitation (NMI).Myself and Deputy Marks gave instructions for Mr. Beard to put his hand behind his back. Mr. Beard Complied and was handcuffed.Mr. beard was arrested an charged with Obstruction, Criminal Traspass and Disordely Conduct. Mr. Beard was checked by Fire/Rescue and cleared.
