As I pulled into the parking lot of the West Belmont apartment complex, I observed multiple residents standing outside of their apartments.When I arrived on scene, I observed Ofc. Orellana standing by with a male at [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. That male was identified as Carlos Jordan. Carlos advised he did not live at the West Belmont apartment complex.As I spoke with Carlos, Lt. Tanner spoke with the complainant, [REDACTED BY AGENCY]. As officers on scene were speaking with Carlos, Lt. Tanner advised me to place Carlos under arrest. Lt. At 0426 hours Carlos was placed under arrest.
