Discretion is advised.][NARRATIVE #1 on October 29, 2025]On 10/29/2025 Deputy Walker arrived at 2043 Mack Smith Rd in reference to a domestic violence incident at [200 BLOCK] Cambridge Cir. Deputy Walker met with the complainant who said that the offender had been threatening her if she tried to leave. She also stated that he tried to strangle her and rape her and said that she had video of the incident. She showed Deputy Walker and Deputy Stooksbury a video taken from the bedroom of the residence at [200 BLOCK] Cambridge Cir.The video contained footage of the offender performing oral sex on the victim. At some point the victim begins arguing with the offender and tells him “no”. The offender becomes agitated and appears to reach for the victim’s neck. The victim can be heard stating that she can’t breath. The offender continues to keep his hands on the victim’s throat and the victim can be heard struggling to breath. The offender then pulls the comforter over himself and the victim and can be heard telling her “don’t f*ck with me”.Deputy Walker relocated to [200 BLOCK] Cambridge Cir and made contact with the offender. Deputy Walker asked the offender what happened between him and his girlfriend. The offender said that they only had an argument. Deputy Walker asked the offender if he tried to choke the victim and he denied it. Deputy Walker asked the offender if he realized that there was a camera in the room and he said that he knew. Deputy Walker asked the offender if he realized the Deputies knew he was lying and the offender admitted that he knew.The offender was handcuffed behind the back with the cuffs being checked for fit and double locked. The offender was read his miranda rights and declined to speak.The offender was transported to Detention by Deputy Stooksbury.Deputy Walker returned to the victim and informed her of the TPO process.Deputy Walker informed Lt. Bradshaw and Detective Thompson of the incident. The video of the incident was forwarded to Detective Thompson. The victim agreed to go speak with Detective Thompson at the Sheriff’s Office.All warrants will be handled by Detective Thompson.[End of Narrative][NARRATIVE #2 on October 29, 2025]On 10/29/2025 at 2046 hours, Deputy Stooksbury arrived at the offices at the entrance of National Boulevard in reference to the victim stating she had been assaulted by the offender. Deputy Walker and Deputy Stooksbury made contact with the victim and the victim advised deputies that the offender, her boyfriend, raped her and tried to strangle her. The victim stated that she attempted to report it to police in Chattanooga, but the officers referred her to Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office due to it occurring in Catoosa County.The victim told deputies that the incident was recorded and proceeded to allow deputies to watch the video on her phone. The video was from a camera in the bedroom where the offender was observed on top of the victim having sex with her as they were arguing and the victim was saying no and attempting to get the offender off of her, but the offender did not stop and began strangling the victim.Deputy Stooksbury and Deputy Walker relocated to [200 BLOCK] Cambridge Cir and made contact with the offender. Deputy Stooksbury was around the house and upon walking in the residence where Deputy Walker was, Deputy Walker was advising the offender that he was under arrest. Deputy Walker handcuffed the offender in the rear with the cuffs being double locked and checked for fit.Deputy Stooksbury searched the offender for weapons and contraband with none being found. Deputy Stooksbury placed the offender in the rear seat of his patrol car and seat belted him in. The offender was transported to the Catoosa County Detention Center and turned over to booking staff without incident. The rear seat of Deputy Stooksbury’s patrol car was searched before and after transport with nothing found.Deputy Walker remained on scene to follow up with the victim.[End of Narrative][NARRATIVE #3 on October 29, 2025]On October 29, 2025, at approximately 10:00pm, Detective Thompson interviewed the victim.
