On November 18, 2022 I responded to a subject complaint at 145 Depot Dr Hiram, GA 30141. I arrived on scene, and spoke with the victim [VICTIM ]. [VICTIM ] essentially stated she was at work, when a black male approached her asking for assistance. [VICTIM ] stated the black male, was asking what to get, to get paint off of his floor. [VICTIM ] stated she was assisting him, but he kept coming back to the paint desk asking her questions. [VICTIM ] advised, the black male was asking the same questions and kept trying to get her to follow him to an isle. [VICTIM ] stated the last time the male asked her to come to the isle, the male pulled out his p*nis and began stroking it in front of her. [VICTIM ] advised she quickly left, and got a manager. [VICTIM ] advised when she got back to the isle he was gone.
[VICTIM ] stated she has never seen this male before. [VICTIM ] advised this occurred on 11/03/2022 at approximately 2000. I spoke with the complainant [WITNESS ], who stated he had the incident on camera. I observed the video, and you can clearly make out the suspect. I advised [WITNESS ] to send the video, so I can attach it to the I-Drive but at the time of the report I have yet to receive the video’s.
