The complaint was the female was acting strangely like she was on narcotics. All units were busy on other calls. Deputy Jump on a parttime in the area took the initial call and responded to the area. Deputy Jump looked for her for approx 20 minutes and found her wandering in the area. Deputy Jump found her and called EMS to check her condition, EMS checked her and she refused to go to the hospital.After talking to Deputy Jump and hearing his account of the offenders actions, given she was wandering around the area knocking on doors, telling residents someone is after her. I, Deputy Howard of the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office observed the offender to be boisterous in her actions while heavily intoxicated. She was identified as Reed, Gabrielle Ann of [100 BLOCK] Rolling Hills Dr. I placed the offender Reed, under arrest for Didorderly Counduct County Ordinance 31.1. The incident was recorded on my Body Camera, The offender Reed was transported to Gilmer County Jail.
