[VICTIM #1] had gone to the bathroom when Demetruae followed him and grabbed his t*sticles resulting in a serious injury where his scrotum was torn open. [VICTIM #1] was briefly examined by EMS who transported him to the hospital for treatment. [WITNESS #1], the lessee of the apartment and sister of offender, stated that she does not want Demetruae to be allowed back at her apartment.
