On the date of 11/10/2024
at or around 00:01 hours, I Deputy Reynolds was dispatched to [600 BLOCK] Packer Dairy Road for a complaint about family members on the property being drunk and continuing to cause problems. I had been out to the residence earlier and a physical altercation between the parties was avoided and the parties were seperated to their respective s.
Upon my arrival at 00:12 I pulled into the driveway turning off my headlights, exited my vehicle and began to observe and listen to a loud verbal argument. I then heard a loud yell and saw a female ([REDACTED]) fall backwards onto the ground from behind a red van at the end of the driveway and a male (Kavius Reed) immediately falling with her and onto of her. I ran from where I was standing and yelled commands at Mr. Reed to get off of the female and give me his hands. Mr. Reed had a strong odor of alcohol emitting from his breath and his person. Myself and SO16 took Mr. Reed into custody. Mr. Reed began to yell profane language and tell the female to remember she was all he had. Mr. Reed was acting in a loud and boisterous manner disturbing the immediate peace of both households on the property.
I placed Mr. Reed in the back of my patrol car and and SO16 stayed with Ms. [REDACTED] she told him that she had fallen and Mr. Reed was trying to help her off the ground. She insisted that Mr. Reed had not pushed her. I spoke with the grandmother Ms. [WITNESS ] who was present during the original call I was on the first time I went to the residence and she stated, Mr. Reed had continued to knock on her windows and yell profane language at people inside he residence since I had seperated the two parties. Mr. Reed was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and transported to the Chattooga County Jail without incident.
