Discretion is advised.]On 11/07/2024, I was dispatched to [100 BLOCK] Sportsman Drive in reference to a structure fire.When I arrived, [WITNESS ] and [WITNESS ] approached me, stating, “They started this fire and took off running.” [WITNESS ] and [WITNESS ] stated that a male named Chris and his girlfriend, Vicky, had been arguing all night. [WITNESS ] stated she woke up to the sound of screaming and yelling between Chris and Vicky outside her camper. [WITNESS ] stated that Chris approached him, saying, “She finally did it, she set my camper on fire.” Chris stated that [WITNESS ] told him to call the fire department. [WITNESS ] stated that Chris left the scene with Vicky prior to our arrival.[WITNESS ] stated that Chris and Vicky have a very toxic relationship and argue daily. [WITNESS ] mentioned that Vicky has threatened to burn down Chris’ camper in the past on multiple occasions. [WITNESS ] and [WITNESS ] stated that Christopher and Vicky were both inside the camper when the fire started. [WITNESS ] was able to confirm Christopher Wiggins as one of the offenders. [WITNESS ] was able to identify Vicky Ellison as the second offender. The camper is reported to be owned by [REDACTED]. However, due to the fire damage, I was unable to locate the VIN to run the vehicle through GCIC.Baldwin County Fire Rescue Captain [REDACTED] arrived on the scene. I informed Captain [REDACTED] of the information I was given and turned the investigation and the scene over to him.[End of Narrative].
