Discretion is advised.][NARRATIVE #1 on August 01, 2025]On August 1, 2025 I was in the area of an assault call given by the E911 center, they advised over the radio a female had been assaulted and had severe injuries, the male subject still had a firearm.E911 center advised the female was able to get into her vehicle and left the scene. I located the female exiting Woodland Rd pulling into Lake City. As I went to make contact with her I observed a large amount of blood all over the female. I advised other responding units to go the the residence and make contact with the male suspect, with updated information. The male was located and place under arrest.EMS and Fire was called to my location for treatment of the female, who ended up needing transport for emergency care by Chi Medic 11.I then responded to the incident location.[End of Narrative][NARRATIVE #2 on August 01, 2025]On 1 August 2025 at approximately 1853 hrs, I responded to the listed location in reference to an assault. Walker 911 advised the victim was able to get away and drove from the scene. Cpl Carmichael made contact with the victim. Deputy Warrick, Deputy Diaw and myself arrived at the crime scene and made contact with the suspect.The suspect was detained and ultimately placed under arrest.[End of Narrative][NARRATIVE #3 on August 01, 2025]On the listed date 08/01/2025, at approximately 1854 hours, I was dispatched to the listed address in reference to an assault. Prior to my arrival, dispatch advised a firearm had been involved, and it was still at the scene location as well as the suspect.Upon arrival, Sergeant Agredano and I held the suspect at gun point until Deputy Diaw was able to take him into custody.I then remained on scene for assistance. The listed others and Corporal Carmichael then arrived on scene and secured the firearm involved. I then provided the listed others with a victims bill of rights to deliver to the victim.Sergeant Agredano then requested next listed wrecker service for the suspects vehicle and I remained on scene for the wrecker driver.[End of Narrative][NARRATIVE #4 on August 01, 2025]On the listed date and time, I responded to the listed residence in reference to an assault with a weapon. I arrived on scene and made contact with the unarmed suspect outside the residence. He was quickly detained without issue. The suspect had a strong odor of fruity alcoholic beverage emitting from his person.After an investigation it was decided to place the suspect into custody for aggravated assault with a weapon. [NARRATIVE #1 on August 01, 2025]
On August 1, 2025 I was in the area of an assault call given by the E911 center, they advised over the radio a female had been assaulted and had severe injuries, the male subject still had a firearm.
E911 center advised the female was able to get into her vehicle and left the scene. I located the female exiting Woodland Rd pulling into Lake City. As I went to make contact with her I observed a large amount of blood all over the female. I advised other responding units to go the the residence and make contact with the male suspect, with updated information. The male was located and place under arrest.
EMS and Fire was called to my location for treatment of the female, who ended up needing transport for emergency care by Chi Medic 11.

On 1 August 2025 at approximately 1853 hrs, I responded to the listed location in reference to an assault. Walker 911 advised the victim was able to get away and drove from the scene.
