Jessica also reported that she had a pack of Marlboro Red Blacks and $120.00 stolen from her room. Jessica appeared to be impaired at the time I was talking to her and was acting and speaking erratically. Jessica insisted that [WITNESS #1] and the manager, [WITNESS #2], were the only people to enter her room.I stepped away and spoke with [WITNESS #1]. While speaking with [WITNESS #1], she stated that she had rented the room in her name because Jessica didn’t have any identification on her. [WITNESS #1] said that Jessica had given her Twenty Dollars for renting the room so that she could do laundry. [WITNESS #1] said that she had just met Jessica that day and had no prior knowledge of her before that day.I spoke with [WITNESS #2] who stated that he just wanted Jessica to leave the property. He also stated that she was not allowed to get a refund.I informed Jessica that [WITNESS #2] wanted her to leave the property and she became upset and was wanting her money back for the room. I explained to her that the matter with her and the motel was civil and that I would be doing a report for the stolen money. Jessica started getting loud with [WITNESS #2] and using profanity in view of the public and [WITNESS #2]’s Juvenile son.Jessica was warned for her use of profanity in front of the juvenile on scene. She continued to use profane language and was arrested for disorderly conduct. While gathering her belongings from the room a glass smoking pipe containing an off-white crystal-like substance was located in room [REDACTED] on a nightstand next to the bed along with a pack of Marlboro Red Blacks.
